“This store has a lot of unique items such as old style candy, neat toys, t-shirts, etc. The prices are average. If you need to buy for a kids' birthday party, this would be the place to go.”

Demanding that they do doesn't change that.Secondly, I really have a hard time believing anyone at this store tells customers to find things themselves or are rude to customers. An extremely helpful and kind... new employee... with her natural kindness struck up a conversation and in no time knew exactly what I needed and took me directly to it.
