“Good place off I-99 in Altoona. I always stop here for fuel when driving up into North Country. A bit of a pain getting in and out. Why don’t people know what side there gas door is on. It tells you in the car if you can’t remember look at your gas gauge for the little arrow pointing to which side it’s on.”

“Pulled up yo one pump for gas, and the pump read "PUMP IS BUSY." It wasn't busy because it wouldn't work. I pulled around to another pump and tried my cards, and the pump said pay inside. I wasn't going to do that. Tried and agin and it was fine.”

“I love sheetz except for a few alcohol related problems..they have little hard liquor bottles where kids can get them; that same hard liquor is strange because, as one example, the Southern Comfort appears to be made by the real makers but its not real the Southern Comfort we know and love..its like a watered down Comfort; there was zero Guinness and zero knock-offs like Murphy's; there were zero non-alcoholic beers. The truck that brings the Busch could also deliver some Busch NA which is delicious non-alcoholic beer that has a normal price. Putting the liquor behind the counter, like the cigarettes, seems obvious and adding at least one NA beer will make the MADD moms happier. Sheetz does not need mad MADD moms. Like I say, I love sheetz, just complaining a bit to get the booze situation improved.”

“Stopped here to meet a business client to have documents signed. Im from out of town so i didnt know what to ecpect. The location was easy to access with lots of parking. The indoor seating area had a lot of tables and seating with outlets at all the tables. I even saw ethernet plug access. I was so impressed. It saved me from having to plug my portable scanner into my car inverter to finish the job when we were done. I only knocked a star off because I didn't get to eat so I don't know how the other services are there.”

“As you probably already know, a Sheetz is a convenience store that sells foods and gasoline. I stopped at this Sheetz to pick up some breakfast snacks for my road trip. The store had a decent selection of fruits, breakfast foods such as Pop-Tarts and danishes, snacks such as pretzels and chips, and beverages such as sodas, juices, and milks. Prices were comparable to what other businesses charge. When I went to the cash register, the employee was wearing a face mask, courteously greeted me, efficiently rang up my purchased products, and thanked me for my business.”

“Evelyn is outstanding but then again every employee looks like they love working at Sheetz if I wasn't a disabled vet and needed a job I would not hesitate to join team this Sheetz I use 4 out of 7 days sometimes multiple trips in a day I am about 5 mins from store walking with my cane everyone knows me mangers like bill who works hard I can't pick them by name not because I don't know it but not one person that I have met is not an outstanding person I promise you I am not exaggerating about this store there is something special but I am 52 and joined work force in 1982 at 12. It was back then I will give the truth everytime I am asked I did mention a food service maker was off. I would not order if he work it was horrible 95%of the time 100% quality I don't like to speak I'll about a person however it would effect my decision to buy a soft pretzel and shake instead of of having make to order sub. Sorry I try to explain myself in detail I probably go down so rabbit Holes without know have a nice day”

“My car wouldn’t start this morning so I took it to Autozone to get a new battery… They took one look under the hood and said it was going to be a complicated job that they couldn’t do. I went down to O’Reilys where they said the same thing, and sent me to Terry. Terry was gracious enough to get me in his schedule immediately. Between arriving, waiting for the battery to be delivered, and getting it installed I was in and out in about an hour. I felt the pricing was fair compared to quotes I was seeing online from dealers (if you have a start/stop system on your car and need an AGM battery, get ready to pay regardless!!). Terry thoroughly explained everything and took great care in his work. I am beyond pleased with the service today and will be recommending this establishment to anyone in Altoona who comes across an issue with their vehicle!”
