MARTIN'S is a grocery store of essential size, carrying the essentials like bigger supermarkets. The store is very clean and is currently getting a make-over inside, looking good. The pharmacy staff are so nice. People there were generally friendly and pleasant to converse with, and one front end supervisor went above and beyond to assist, being exceptionally kind and caring. However, experiences can vary. Some staff were described as absolutely awful, with one older gentleman yelling at customers. For gig workers, stock of store brand items can be problematic, meaning substitutions make bills more expensive. The parking lot can also be disorganized, with carts blocking handicap spots. Despite some glitches with online ordering and substitutions, the service from specific helpful staff makes customers want to return and place more orders.
My favorite grocery store in the area. Everything is pretty well organized and the staff are always helpful and nice. Not to mention their produce is always the best in the area.
