He made sure he checked every box while trying to help me with my computer. He did not rush to conclusions rather he took his time until we were able to come up with a solution. I have had many bad experiences with individuals in the tech field. This was not one of them. Sam deserves a raise, hands down the best customer service I have had in ages.”
