“This is my absolute favorite place to go for unique home decor and furniture! I buy something I love almost every time I come (which is a lot.) The owners are so lovely and knowledgeable, and everything is very reasonably priced. Great place to find mirrors, lamps and decorative objects! There’s a huge variety of items, lots of vintage and antique items from all over the world, and always new stuff coming in!”

“OMG!! What I cannot say about this neighborhood staple!! My mother bought the fabric to sew my sister and I matching summer outfits 70+yrs ago. I purchased my fabric to make my first a-line skirt and all my roll clothes fabrics (when this place was James&Jones)! “I needed a gift for someone who has everything. This little boutique drew me in with their eye catching window display. Upon entering I was greeted and left to look around on my own. This shop is packed with everything you could think of - jewelry, candles, journals, bath products, handbags, crystals, and clothes! So many unique pieces too, lots of one of a kind items. “Always great service, the sales people don't hover over you or follow you around. They greet you when you walk in and ask if they can help you find anything. They're always around if you have questions but again they don't breathe down your neck which is very much appreciated. Shout out to Greg & Dominic at this location. Dominic was fantastic but he's still new there so Greg helped with the transaction on their computer system. They were both amazing. This is my 2nd time shopping at this store for a large order and both times were great! Thank you Dominic & Greg!”

“Infinite stars to Melissa and Sok if that were an option! I had a relative's over 100-year-old newspaper auction notice that, at some point, hung outside on a barn in rural MD. The 2'4'-ish notice was folded into size 5x8 and clearly deteriorating. While I forgot to take a picture before, the after is truly impressive. Melissa carefully steamed/ironed our family keepsake and placed it on an acid-free board to prevent further deterioration. The museum glass and her suggestion to reverse mat made the piece pop even more. I cannot say enough about Sok & Melissa's kindness and expertise - they are outstanding and unparalleled. And if you can't find a frame from the thousands (literally) available in their shop, then something is clearly wrong with you. We've found our lifetime framers and will be back - Thanks Melissa & Sok!”

“Within an hour of posting my review, Van the GM of Retail Operations contacted me and apologized for our experience and offered to do what it would take to keep us as customers. He was on vacation at the time of the events below and was actually investigating at the time I posted my review about 10 days later. We took Van up on his offer and are pleased with the result, we also appreciate Scott's efforts as well.
Our opinion is that our previous experience doesn't align with how Gasper's operates as a whole and we look forward to doing business in the future.
We saw a Christmas tree we liked at the Richboro location but the size we needed was out of stock there but was in stock at the York Road location about 20 minutes away. We drove directly there and purchased the tree. A few minutes later a warehouse employee came around front with our tree and it became immediately obvious that the box had been opened and re-taped a few times and had the word "Display" written on it as well. I went back into the store and informed the saleslady (Jeanie) and she told me "not to worry about it". Scott at Richboro said there were two trees at York Road so I asked to look at the second one and was directed to drive around to the warehouse.
The box of the second "new" tree was worse than the first and was also labelled "display". Inside, the tree was wrapped with dusty red ribbon which shouldn't have been there. I then opened the box of the tree I bought and found the same dusty ribbon on my "new" tree. So back to the sales desk. Besides Jeanie there was an older man with a beard that turned out to be the store manager but I didn't know that the time. I explained that both trees in stock were used and obviously had been part of a holiday display. My impression is that neither of the store employees were a bit concerned that they tried to sell me used merchandise. To make matters worse another employee was brought out to process my refund and wanted me to provide name, address, phone number, etc to process the return. I refused to provide the information and was informed it was store policy. I wonder why it isn't store policy to not sell used merchandise as new. We were visiting our daughter and live about 100 miles from the store, I'm glad I didn't take Jeanie's advice that the beat up old tree was something I shouldn't worry about.

“Amazing gift/decor store! Ever since I was a kid passing this store I have always wanted to go inside. I stopped in on a whim and I am so glad I did. I wish I had been here sooner. The store turns every few months depending on the season. Right now it was filled with 90% Christmas. They had some beautiful antiques as well. The female working was so kind. She helped me here and there while I was walking in. I highly recommend this store!”
