“Had a speaker blow out in my car, a seemingly common problem with my model year of Mazda with the Bose package. When I submitted an inquiry, James was already familiar with the issue and suggested speakers that would fit and sound good, since the car has an awkward speaker setup. James helped piece together an upgraded system and kept me updated me while he had my car. Treated my car like it was his, would go back!”
“Went to a Verizon licensed store in Washington it was an authorized retailer. Well that was a mistake. At first one associate started to help me. My internal speaker was not working. He wanted to sell me another phone. When I decided I didn’t want that. He asked if I had insurance on phone. Which I did. Then a couple came in that he was helping earlier and he passed me off to another associate who really didn’t seem like they were interested in helping me. So I decided to leave that store and head to the store in Monaca where I bought my phone and have done business there for the past 20 years. I explained to the associate what was happening with my internal speaker he pointed me to another associate who took my phone and cleaned the cover on the speaker and now it’s working great. I wish I would’ve have gotten both of their names. Stand up people with great customer service. So long story short I didn’t need to replace my phone at all. Just needed some love on the internal speaker. That is the reason why I will remain a Verizon customer.”

“I went to T-Mobile to check out some deals on a new iPhone, and I had a lot of questions to make sure T-Mobile was a good fit for my area and work needs. Micah had every answer for me, answered my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to get my phone number switched from my previous carrier. Micah was on the phone with my previous carrier for 3-4 hours trying to get them to release my old number, and he was determined to get everything straightened out before I left. He did an outstanding job and made me a happy customer 10/10.”

“I'm giving 5 stars because I know this is not a usual occurrence. I recently placed an online order for mother's Day and when I came into the store to pick it up I wanted to check out the two items that were cancelled. They were in the isles listed in the app... FRONT AND CENTER... I am so disappointed at how quickly the items were cancelled from my order. I love this target and I usually have no problems but it felt like there was no care taken by whomever picked the order.”

“Go here every morning, some times twice a day. Though sometimes their stock is low, the place is clean, the employees are pleasant, helpful and, they remember you. They even started setting aside my favorite breakfast sandwich to make sure I got one. ❤️ (wished they bring the cinnamon French toast sandwich back).
Tonight I was particularly impressed. Young man was by himself, and it was packed. He handled everything smoothly and was kind and smiled. He said he appreciated being busy and he seemed to be enjoying himself. Great job man, you killed it! See you in the morning!”
