“I recently faced a troubling situation when my child's iPhone 17 was hacked through a social media app. Seeking help, we visited the Verizon Wireless store at Waterworks Mall, where we were fortunate to meet Owen, a sales representative who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He truly understood our concerns and went the extra mile to help us regain control of the phone. Not only did he successfully resolve the issue, but he also provided valuable suggestions and resources to prevent future incidents. The exceptional customer service we received at this store definitely deserves a five-star review.”

“Nate was the most helpful at&t person I have ever came across. After days of getting wrong information from 3 different at&t employees, Nate went above and beyond to make sure I was given right information. It’s evident that he cares about his job, is very knowledgable in the industry, and he seriously deserves a promotion. He’s a huge asset to the company, and I am very thankful for his help!”

“My phone wasn't making calls so I went to see if they could fix it. They did everything they could think of to fix my phone, but I needed a new one. I appreciate that they didn't immediately try to up-sell me, but rather tried to fix my problem cheaply first. I ended up with the same phone I had and it wasn't too expensive. Plus, they gave me a free case for the trouble. Shout out to Bobby (Reg. Man.) and Yaser for helping me out as best they could. I'll be back for the next phone. 5 stars!!”

They went above and beyond to make sure I left much happier than when I came in. This location will be a shining star for Verizon and they should take many notes from Bella and Dan. “The Indian gentleman employed there is truly the most amazing person I have ever encountered. Having been in my wheelchair for much of my life, I've never experienced the kindness he has shown me. I felt a level of compassion from him that I haven't found in others. He assisted me with my inquiries and guided me on how to use my phone. He also refuses to accept tips, saying that it’s just not his style. What a wonderful person; we definitely need more individuals like this young man. May he be blessed.”

“It was like one of the best buying a new cell phone experience in my life. Bc of Michelle! I wasn't sure what I was going to do I need a new phone and service and at a very reasonable price a guy on a tight budget price. I'm outside looking at the signs in the window and about to go into Metro when Michelle appears like a goddess out of nowhere and asked me if I needed help and I told her I needed a phone and service ASAP on a poor man salary. She's like I can hook you up get you going out the door at a price that was very right. I just can't compliment her enough and I'm not just saying this because she's beautiful. But she is haha. That always helps with sales right?! I was in and out in less than a half hour all hooked up exactly what I needed did not try and upsell just gave me exactly what I needed easy peasy. And then she told me that this is her last week she's getting a new job and I'm like damn that sucks for me anyways but congratulations. She's been there 10 years and is not getting paid properly. All I can say is cricket you're making a huge mistake and losing a superstar employee it's hard to find great help like her she's fast knowledgeable very customer service oriented I mean she's like a pro at that job I never dealt with anyone that good at that job. Cricket you should do yourself a favor and pay her, and beg her to stay you will not get anyone better. And I wish she would stay so when I need help I could see her again. Thank you so much again Michelle for making my day! I hope to see you again! God Bless.”

“I have temperature logger made by company that went out of business and were unable to renew NIST traceable certificates. Cal Tec Labs gave a good price and calibrate my device fast and accurate, no matter what they had no previous experience with this particular brand. I would highly recommend doing business with them.”
