“Just joined today. Solid, old school gym with enough well-maintained and clean weights & equipment for a lot of people's lifting regimens. Not super fancy, but definitely has all the essentials. Polite & friendly patrons. The good amount of equipment mixed with the lack of crowds & 24/7 access means that I am dramatically more relaxed with my pacing vs. the Y in Sewickley, where there are way more people and much less equipment. Prices are also excellent for 24/7 access to a lot of weights & equipment.Jason was helpful in pointing me to the sign-up while he was out. It's an easy process! On a final note, you can park at the nearby Port Authority park-and-ride, so parking is entirely figured out. I don't know what public lot could possibly be safer than one that's behind the police station and the local high school & wide-open/well-lit.”

“I know that D1 fitness works!! I thought I could go somewhere and do it on my own and I ended up gaining over 20 pounds back. I love the team that D1 has. They put a program together- you follow it as a group. They’re there to watch to make sure you’re lifting correctly. They motivate you. They have a super app that helps you with nutrition. D1 makes fitness fun, and it’s not the same routine because every workout is different. You are working with a group that really watches out for each other.”
“I’m a nurse practitioner and I used to teach aerobics at the YMCA. Fast-forward through grad school, having three babies and working in healthcare through the COVID pandemic. By the fall of 2023 I had gained 25 pounds and wasn’t exercising at all. I felt bad about myself both physically and mentally. I decided that enough was enough so I signed up for Daman’s Strength Training at home program. The home program has been a game changer for me because I do not have time to go to a gym and they lent me the equipment that I needed. Fast forward to spring 2024. My clothes fit looser, my knees don’t hurt when I walk up the steps, I don’t pee my pants when I run, I can lift/carry my toddler without a second thought and I can go on a hike or a bike ride with my family without instantly feeling out of breath. I would recommend this program to anyone with a busy schedule that needs flexibility and accountability to reach his or her health and fitness goals.”

“I’m a Burn Boot Camp on demand member while I wait for a location to open near my home and love to pop in to locations when I travel for work and there’s a spot nearby, I was lucky to take two camps while visiting PA this week. Everyone working and the members at this location were friendly and welcoming. Both trainers I had were energetic and encouraging, the gym itself was spacious and clean! Definitely will visit again when I’m in town for work and would recommend this location for anyone who is local! Thanks for having me :)”

“I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area, its very clean and very well taken care of. The cardio equipment is top of the line, albeit i don't spend much time on it. At first glance it appears to be small, but that's a nonissue considering at peak gym hours (4-5pm) I've never seen more than 10 people inside at a time, which is great if you enjoy a more private workout. Even though it is on the smaller side, it is stacked with weightlifting equipment. I believe dumbbells go up to 100 pounds, which is standard for most gyms. But, their is a wide variety of equipment that you wouldn't expect to see, such as a smith machine, hack squat, several power racks, landmine mounts for barbells etc. They also have 24/7 vending of trending protein/energy snacks and drinks which is insanely nice. On top of everything they have a very supportive staff that will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.”

“I've been a member of SNAP Fitness for over a year. The building is spacious enough to handle a huge crowd of people to exercise but due to it being open 24/7 there never is a crowd. The equipment is top of the line. The staff is on site and able to handle all workout needs. The personal trainers are experienced and certified and exceptional in their care of their client's needs.”
