“Awesome customer service! I purchased a pair of shoes that once my son started wearing them, they started to squeak after an hour or so. Normally, nobody will take back a pair of worn shoes but the manager was great. We switched them for a new pair. Squeaking shoes are defective. I was very worried we would have to fight about this but it was easy. Thank you again! Nice to see they are again stocking work shoes.”

“They don't have a whole bunch of employees running around bothering you about buying shoes. If you need help you do have to look for them sometimes. But all in all fantastic prices on shoes. I have purchased three pairs from there in the last nine years. One pair for every three years not bad!”
“Bought jeans for my son after 2 months they completely came apart at the seam. Read the review online after this happened, apparently this was the same complaint for tons of customers. For the price of the jeans, the quality should be better. Staff was helpful for the return. I have also shown up twice during regular plaza hours to find out they were closed. Wish they opened at 10am or closed at 8 to be more accommodating.”

“I was in search of a bicycle seat and purchased one at this location. A gentleman named Scott had assisted me. Scott said if I needed a certain bolt to let him know. Turns out I did on the next day I returned but Scott was off. I am getting up in the years and i was not feeling so hot but nevertheless I met the front sales a female named Taylor. Straight away she went to bat for me and hit a home run! I was introduced to Shawn and he also was very happy to help and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend store. I felt better ??”
“Hands down best gun depot shop in town. Get to know the guys there and talk to them. Very good, friendly, helpful people. If you want duty grade quality stuff this is the place to go. Most big gun stores will only sell entry level stuff, but this is a place you can find quality hunting equipment, sport shooting, and duty top shelf rifles, pistols, optics, lights and more at a very good price. The more you support your local small shop like this the better equipment you can get that others don’t have.”
“Had what I needed. That's what you need from a store. Lots of other reviewers seem to knock the staff in this store. I only dealt with the cashier who was fine. Found my own boots from open stock. They were no bargain, but at least the this place had my size to try on (would never buy hiking books without trying them on first!). Would be nice if they offered a AAA discount like Dunham's.”

“I spent several hours trying out different brands of golf clubs this week at the Robinson Golf Galaxy. A gentleman by the name of Ed looked at what I believed worked for me. Fortunately there was a window when it was not busy. He set up the monitor and bingo. Ed took his time and was extremely helpful finding the perfect fit. Ed had a nice sale and a very happy customer. “Got a customized hat while waiting to fly out. Not only did he take time to understand the request he also helped other people while letting me look over the settings before customizing my hat (multitasking and not letting them wait)!You could tell that he's knowledgeable on the products in the store and had experience with the issues that could occur during making the order. Hat came out perfect. He even wrote the settings we used down so I could make another custom hat (as a gift) in the future. I'll definitely stop by again!”
