During the time it took to have a new transmission manufactured and shipped, Jason and Laura kept us up to date several times weekly on its progress. We've now had our car for a week and it runs great! They both were very helpful and gave up updates often. They made a very stressful event easy to get through with their concern and helpfulness.”
