“I had never been to this AAA location before and I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. Thankfully my experience on the day I went was completely the opposite of those negative reviews. Every person I interacted with was amazing. The young lady who greeted me at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. The gentleman who assisted me with my international permit application was very gracious and generous with his time. He made sure to explain all the details related to using the permit and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I also overheard another employee who was taking photos for other customers and he was nothing but friendly. I left feeling good about my visit to their location and would not hesitate to go there again.”
