“Hello, I have been using Simon Zhen for over a decade, for my home and car insurance. I must say that it was my deceased husband, who first noticed that Simon just seemed to project ethics and high standards.
He emphasized our understanding the policies, as opposed to selling them to us. He explained them to a T, checked if we were understanding as he went along and then they sold themselves. Although he keeps long hours, he has always called me back promptly and multiple times.

Thankfully my experience on the day I went was completely the opposite of those negative reviews. Every person I interacted with was amazing. The young lady who greeted me at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. The gentleman who assisted me with my international permit application was very gracious and generous with his time. He made sure to explain all the details related to using the permit and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I also overheard another employee who was taking photos for other customers and he was nothing but friendly. I left feeling good about my visit to their location and would not hesitate to go there again.”
