After dealing with frustrating discrepancies across my multiple auto policies with State Farm owner and other past staff, Rohan actually understood how positive customer service skills are important and essential to ANY Business. I was deeply disappointed with how my previous concerns were mishandled which caused more out of pocket charges for a rider I thought I had all these years, recently finding out I did not.

The Cell phone place opens at 11 am and it is only 10 am. I was helped by an agent named Mike. Mike set up a virtual appointment with me by email. I love this method, instead of sitting in the office.I get to sit in my own house. Mike was very professional and polite. I look forward to our Zoom meeting tomorrow. Have a good night, workout, be fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. The State Farm office has two locations, the one here plus one in Conshohocken on Butler Pike. Located in a small shopping center where there's a Manhattan Bagel plus a Chinese restaurant. Good experience so far.”

For example, I had a car deer accident one night. The claim filing and repair process were simple and easy. My car was fixed and I just paid the deductible part. The fabulous service and the following stable insurance fee convinced me that Simon’s group is the best and I will not transfer to other insurance company anymore (I did transfer from one company to other every half-year or a year before I met Simon’s team).
