Although the shop was fully booked for the day, Bram, the service manager, and Rell, the technician, took care of the inspection and repair, all in the most express service ever. They were remarkably understanding, very respectful, and excessively professional. They were not only rapid and very clean, but also went extra miles to neatly replace the spare tire and tools in the factory-release order and add some missing parts. Eli is very polite, straightforward, honest, helpful, and got everything done quickly. He didn’t miss anything- he even made sure I had the phone connected via Bluetooth and all the small stuff that other salespeople might overlook. The car was super clean when I picked it up and I was in and out with the paperwork. Everyone was helpful, including the receptionist and the manager I met. “I hit a pothole on Haverford Road this afternoon and limped into Heilman Auto Service with a flat tire. Tom was very friendly and helpful. He had my spare tire put on for me and ordered the tire I need. He is going to call me as soon as the new tire arrives. I’m relieved to have been able to make it to Heilman after that pothole. This made a difficult situation much more bearable.”

“This past Saturday, I brought in a pre-owned Infiniti that I was seriously considering buying from another dealership into this service center to get it put on a lift for thorough inspection and for a diagnostic test to be run on it. I’m so ecstatic that I did, because I met Ray, who is one of the service advisors! The inspection found that there were over $3,000 worth of damages within the vehicle, with one requiring immediate attention! The large dealership that was trying to sell me this car presented me with a clean Carfax report, the service record for the maintenance this car supposedly recently received at their dealership, and inspection stickers on the vehicle, and stated that there were no issues. That could not have been further from the truth. These techs here found the issues and also took pictures of the issues for me to examine. Ray sat down and explained the report in its entirety to my parents and me and broke down the consequences those issues could have if I were to purchase this vehicle. He was so upfront and gave so much useful advice and insight that I plan to use in my continued search. His knowledge about vehicles, and his patience and kindness is something that we’re glad to have encountered this past weekend! Any car that my family members and I plan to purchase, we would like to bring it to Ray first, because he’s just that good. 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend!!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment!! My college student’s car passed inspection (at a place near home) but they told us the rear brakes needed to be replaced. They were headed back to school so I called a well known chain near campus that was running a “brake special” and after looking at the car they told me it needed over $1700 worth of work. I declined and sent her over to pick up the car—when she went to pick it up they told her not to drive the car more than 25 miles without bringing it back in to have the wheels tightened….WHAT??? Enter Wynnewood Park Service. I called and spoke to Dennis who patiently answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment to look at the car. We had to reschedule the appointment due to the snowstorm, but they looked at the car this morning and it needs….NOTHING—at least not right now. He said the brakes will need replacing but not immediately and that I could safely wait til later in the spring/summer to do the work. He also gave me an estimated cost that was far more reasonable than the first place. As a single mom with a college kid on a fairly tight budget I deeply appreciated his honesty and his explanations of what he found and what would be needed. It was refreshing to work with a shop who operates with such integrity!!!! This will give me time to budget for the work, rather than having to put it on my credit card and I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to Wynnewood Park Service in the spring to have the work done before graduation!!”
