I usually have a less than ideal experience at this truist location. However, when I visited recently Josie went above and beyond to help me. I truly have never had a better experience! Truist- Josie deserves a raise she is incredible!

The staff of Queen,Rochelle,Josie,Joe are amazing and always willing to help even they are having technical issues. They have a family atmosphere and always pleasant to talk. Josie the branch manager is amazing.
