“Perfect example of “you pay for what you get” - I purchased the Parker necklace over the summer and it has been my favorite piece but the necklace broke and I was expecting the same thing you get at any store for a return/exchange with having to show the receipt and pull out your credit card for proof, etc. but to my surprise…… it was THE GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! The instant I walked thru the door, 2 friendly females greeted me and I told them what happened—-“no problem at all. Let me get you a replacement.” Was done with the whole process in less than 60 seconds! So…….. I decided if the return/ exchange is really that easy, then I’ll just buy myself another piece ( which I did and I’m in love). The owner curates an eclectic combination of pottery, wood boxes, pillows, glass craft, exceptional jewelry, handbags, clothing, other gifts, and an abundance of quirky merchandise that will keep one in the store for ages. It’s a carnival of wonders and fun. PPP does gift wrapping for smaller items and is staffed by warm and knowledgeable folks who are happy to help or to let you wander on your own, as you wish. I have at least a dozen pairs of elegant and fun earrings myself. It is always my first go-to for gifts. A local treasure.”

“I recently visited The 1916 Company in Ardmore PA to purchase my Rolex watch. Although this is my third time buying with them, it's my first time @ Ardmore location. It is very nice showroom, big and welcoming plus this is where Mariel Veras now work. Her customer service skills are excellent. She help me make informed purchasing decisions. She will took her time to educates customers on watch features, movements and in making your purchase memorable. Although this location is quite a drive from where I live, I will gladly purchase a watch with them again.”
