“Over the weekend, my husband and I were wandering around Suburban Square and decided to pop into this shop on a whim. I had to write a review because it was truly a delightful experience. I have recently become disgruntled with shopping for clothes, finding that quality has become so poor . This boutique is an absolute gem--I walked out with a gorgeous Scottish cashmere sweater, Italian wool jacket and high end jeans, all an amazing fit and highest quality. A couple of the brands were unfamiliar to me, so I looked them up online and was even more impressed when I learned more about these companies. The owner of the shop has a real eye for quality. I honestly can't remember the last time I had this much fun shopping for clothes.”

Grace was so helpful, she brought me like a million pairs to try and helped me find the right style, and then ordered them online for me in the color and style I wanted. I think the price is worth it considering they will hem/tailor your jeans for free, ship them to store for free if they don't have the right size/color, and the girls are so helpful and will pick out styles and colors for you.”

“I just moved close to the boutique and walk my dog past it every day and drool over the beautiful items in the windows. Yesterday my schedule allowed me to finally go in to shop and WOW! It is such a thoughtfully curated collection there- the girls there can outfit you for anything from a cute Eagles tailgating outfit, to chic work look or sexy date night. Julie and Jordan were extremely helpful, listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions. I will 100% be back!!!”

“I was browsing around suburban square and walked into Gilbert & Evans. I saw their roller rabbit and was very excited to looks at their selection! I am still 13 so I can fit into youth size 14. The lady working there asked my if i still fit into size 14 and i said yes. I looked at the different designs and picked out the blue hearts. She saved my dad from paying double the price for the adult sized pajamas! I was so happy that the worker was kind enough to go out of her way and tell me.”

“Beautiful new store. It’s a lot smaller than I expected. The staff was nice and helpful. I wish they had a few styles that aren’t so cropped and ok for someone who isn’t 5’7” 120 lbs. Their prices are high and the fabrics and designs are nice, but not for the more average to large body type”

“I was currently on a Fire Training exercise trip in PA, decided to stop by this really cute store called Francesca’s to purchase some gifts for my daughter’s. The manager Ms Pamela & Assistant Ms Alyssa were so welcoming. First of all the store is beautifully decorated & organized. The customer experience was above & beyond, very helpful & knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again. Thank you ladies. My daughters are thrilled with the gifts.”

“I came across Closet Mentor looking for consignment shops in Ardmore because I have all these bags of clothes. I noticed the Closet Mentor is similar to the Buffalo Exchange (im an expert BuffaloExchanger), I took my stuff there.I honestly, expected to be in and out. I mean after all it's Ardmore, not Center City and it was mid week and mid day. To my surprise, two ppl walked in before me and then I had to wait because they were short staffed that morning. A bit disappointed, but Ms Laverne was the best! She was very nice, welcoming and pleasant the moment I walked in the door. She let us know right away what was going on, how long the wait would be and would call and text as soon as she could!She told about the store, the pricing, what they accepted, what they didnt and since i was my first time, i got a coupon off. This store also has clearance.When I returned to pick up my stuff, she gave me back what they didnt take and even suggested some other places that may take it. The other staff was pleasant and helpful too.Cute little shop, professionally run, with a great atmosphere. I was happy with trade/etc, but I also wasnt really looking to get a lot of money, just some funds back.I will return to check out what they have to sell, as Ms Laverne invited me back to do so, and for that I'll give it a go and probably bring back some things to trade as well. Stores like that dont usually invite you to come back and shop. I think people need to sell more to understand how buying on the spot works and that the same value you may think your clothes hold, they don't,mainly based on how fast fashion change, seasonal needs, name brand and conditions. If they can't sell it to their customers that shop with them, they wont buy it.”
