“On May 26, 2026 I visited the store to have my prescriptions filled Aisha I cannot say enough of how wonderfully she handled the situation that I was dealing with in such a professional, courteous, kind, compassionate understanding manner. Unfortunately, I was dealing with a physician that put me into forced abstinence from the medication‘s that I have been taking while in this force abstinence from this doctor, Aisha was able to obtain at least one of my medications that the doctor was prescribing while in the third day of forced abstinence from two medication’s. Aisha was exemplary in this time of crisis in dealing with unprofessional practice and peer. I truly can’t say enough about Aisha in this time of medical crisis, her compassion, understanding and her willingness to assist a customer coming in. My apologies in taking long to write but needed to stabilize after such an occurrence. Aisha, her professionalism, her candor she is a credit to her profession and to Boothwyn Apothecary ! You are blessed to have her as an employee and I was grateful enough to have her wait on me and assist me. Thank you.”

After going through a nightmare experience with Apria Healthcare initially, Lincare was the complete opposite. From their office staff, the guy who set up the equipment and their supply-delivery folks, everyone at Lincare was awesome. “Although the representative showed up later than expected, his service was incredible. There was no way to control the time he got here considering the previous customers had kept him longer than anticipated with questions and he stayed to help them. Stephen was kind and wonderful. He walked me through all of the steps with the mask and the machine and supply reorders and insured my fitting went well and was extremely professional and had a wonderful bedside manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”
“Wonderful company to work with. My Aunt recently passed away from cancer but every time I was on the phone with customer service or she needed something such as a hospital style bed or bed side commode, every person I spoke with was pleasant and very knowledgeable about what may help us with our situation. And once the phone call was made and they submitted an order for us, they’re delivery drivers would arrive the same day and set everything up and tells us about how to use the equipment. All around a good experience at any turn.”
