I purchased it in 1964.The employee were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding my watch. They were prompt and also cleaned and polished it as well. “I called Dakota Watch Co today to see if they could take links out of a Michelle watch. Unfortunately there was no answer twice. To my surprise, my phone rang and it was Andrew calling from Dakota to see if he could help me. He had stepped away to use the restroom and apologized for missing my call. With the lack of customer service in this world these days, I was thrilled to death to deal with Andrew. When I went there, he was pleasant, efficient and professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I just want everyone to know that Andrew is a refreshing change from what we normally deal with these days.
