“Brought my daughter here for Swim Lessons. She has had at least over 10 instructors and no one was able to teach her to swim. Anne is the best swim instructor to ever exist. She has over 18 years of experience and got my kid to swim within 10 minutes. She explained to me her method and I was a little upset to know I had spent so much money and time the last five years to get my daughter to learn, and she did it in 10 minutes. “A friend of mine was doing fitness training with Bonnie and I realized that I wanted to make a change with my routine. I decided to try it for myself! I’ve never done personal training - I’ve always worked out in my own (running, Bikram yoga, etc). I’ve been working with Bonnie for almost a year and I am amazed at the results she produces. “We actually take our 4 year old, daughter to Magnolia Enrichment Center, for pre-K. We love it & she loves it! The teachers and director are great. This is her first time in school, away from mom and dad, but they are doing a great job getting her used to their schedule and making tons of friends! The property is beautiful, and they have chickens there too! They accept ages from 3 or 4, I believe to 10 years old. The school age kids can get the bus to and from school Monday -Friday for Perkiomenville school district. Plus, they allow the school age kids to attend their school when the district is closed or has early dismissal.”

However, I am really happy I decided to become a member at CrossFit Conshohocken. As a beginner to CrossFit, the supportive atmosphere during the intro sessions and classes was very evident. The coaches are always there to make sure I feel comfortable and confident throughout the workouts and movements, and I have never felt sidelined to figure things out on my own. Vinny – the owner – event went out of his way to help my partner during her first intro class, just to make sure she felt OK. If that doesn't speak to the quality of the gym, I don't know what does. His and all the coach’s commitment to the members was obvious from day one, and I genuinely cannot say enough positive things about CFC and its community.There are also many different class options and times, as well as space for open gym work. This flexibility is a great bonus for my constantly changing schedule, and knowing there are different class options every day is great. There were also some great events that were a blast to take part in (like the power hour).It's an A+ gym with A+ coaches, and I'm glad I joined.”

“I took advantage of a promotional offer for red light therapy bony contouring The office was nice, clean. The woman who assisted me was very informative and explained each step The experience of the red light therapy was relaxing under the warmth of the lights while an ocean sound machine played in the background. All in all it was like a spa treatment The results however were much less than I'd hoped. With an overall loss of about 2inches I would need two treatments a week for a month or more and nothing is guaranteed It's just too many visits. I don't have the time I'm glad I tried it but will not be using this method again as the results are minimal at best”

“I decided to give OTF a try after reading reviews, but I was still apprehensive. I wanted an environment where I could feel safe to exercise in my own lane (mentally). I was an athlete in my early life and I enjoy workouts that make me feel like I pushed myself, but injuries affect my output now. OTF definitely hit the mark here. I appreciate that the coaches are super supportive of modifications. Coach Ty gives the best queues during the cardio blocks, it helps me know when to push and how much longer remains in the block. I went from not working out at all to taking classes 2-3 times a week. The intensity of the workout is how much you put into it - classes are usually made up of half cardio and half strength. You can show up and have a detailed hour workout designed for you without putting thought into it. The heart rate monitor really helps me keep myself accountable for my output and I love seeing my end of class metrics. There are many class times throughout the day too, as a mom, that's really helpful. I also like the positive messages within the studio - it's not about losing weight, it's about whatever exercise means to you. *I did wish that OTF would provide the class descriptions on their website, that would have been helpful when deciding to give OTF a try at first”
