“As a Charter member, having joined in 1986 when This building was actually a hole in the ground and the foundations had just been poured, it was Club La Maison. I've seen ALL the changes - and lack of changes - here over the years. ACAC came in hot as the new owners and have been glacially slow in making improvements, particularly to the locker rooms, sauna, whirlpool, showers and lockers. They did recently prepare the dehumidification and ventilation system in the little swimming pool area. They've also made some minor improvements to things like drywall and signage and bought some new furniture in the common area.
As for the equipment it's great with a huge selection, but forget a routine if it's crowded.
The jury is still out on ACAC and whether they will live up to the hype they rolled in with. Fingers crossed!”

“So we been going on a regular basis to this location. It's close to my house and convenient. The staff there are mega cool and easy to talk to. They keep it in great condition and clean. The clientele is also great and friendly. My only grief about it, is it's location. It is a very busy location and I feel it's actually too small for how much this location grew with members. It is very tight and there is a wide selection of machines but they are usually busy and only a few for certain machines, so you need to sometimes get crafty when trying to work out on a machine. Besides that it's a good facility and I do enjoy going.”
