I can't remember. What wonderful and caring employees. Today Rebecca helped me. I came in on tears and left with a smile. She was so calm and was able to fix my problem. Today Rebecca was my angel. “Walked into this Verizon store because I was having difficulty with my iPhone and an Internet connection. The representative on the floor was a tremendous help and even help me navigate iCloud photos relative to my iPhone end google photos relative to my friends android phone. I can't remember the customer service representatives name but he looks a lot like Bradley Cooper. Very helpful and I highly recommend”

I decided to go the Verizon store in King of Prussia and the Manager Dionne greeted me at the door with a warm and friendly smile, and immediately address my needs. She is an asset to the company . They were able to address me and my sons issue from a previous visit from another store. True example of team work and great communication amongst one another. They are a dynamic trio! “My elderly mother had a billing issue and couldn't get through to telephone support so she went to the Verizon store to try to sort it out. The manager on duty was Rashid and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mother. He not only straightened out the issue, but helped my mom install the Verizon app so she could try to address any future issues through the app. Thank you Rashid for being so nice, so helpful. I wish I could have been there to help but its nice to know people like you are there to lend a hand to people in need of good old fashioned customer service.”

“I’ve been back and forth from this Verizon store 5 times in about 10 days with an iPhone that won’t read SIM cards or an eSIM. While it’s been a frustrating process, the team here have gone above and beyond to find me solutions. Chamar, Kiersten and Hector were all great to work with, and their managers were also helpful. Thanks for helping remedy this situation.”

“Went here to get an apple watch added to our plan. We found Rob and his team to be friendly and helpful. Rob had a depth of experience on the current plans, promotions and equipment. We are grateful for their extra time and assistance provided in setting up our new watch. We observed Rob work with his teammates and we were impressed. We saw him diffuse an angry client, coach a new employee, and help another employee with proper account set-up. He had a calm and factual demeanor. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this store. *** UPDATE *** So we get our first bill and we were getting overcharged $200. Rob told us we were getting a promotion that actually had just expired. Corporate T-Mobile on the 611 number was VERY helpful and figured out how to fix the mistake. Their support is so great, all people here in the US. I'm going to keep the 5-STAR review even though I had to waste an hour of my life fixing their mistake... we all make mistakes, and it was an honest one.”

“Came in for an upgrade, left with 2! Scored a tablet on my business plan with all the promos they had running for a crazy low rate. I visited last week, so names are blurry, but (I believe) the Associate Kelsey and her Manager Noah, were very helpful, kind, and professional! They made me aware of all the extras and add-ons, but didn't push me onto them, which was refreshing. I also had some extras on my plan for International talk-text-data that I didn't need, so Noah dug further into the promos and sat on the phone for an hour to hook me up with a cheaper plan! Thanks Y'all!-Stosh”

But an employee named Dianelys was working today, and they were AMAZING. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly... Probably the best experience I have ever had buying a new phone.
