Pretty good. Didn't try too hard with upselling products and perks I didn't need. Never be 5 stars until Verizon gets rid of the bs upgrade fee.

My husband and I shopped in the Royersford store today for new phones. We were helped by a wonderful associate named Dave . He was patient, informative, and a really nice guy. He was so helpful it made the process easy. I would definitely recommend Dave and this store.
