“****5 star to the employees BUT ZERO stars for the pharmacy! ***** This cvs is right down the road from me and I go there often. The employees that work at the cash register are funny and very friendly. Even the night shift workers are happy and smiling which is nice to see. They ring you up fast and are also helpful. They carry on conversations with you to make your trip there enjoyable. HOWEVER!!!..... The pharmacy I have dealt with a few times and they are horrible. They seem to hate their job and are rude and snobby. The guy that works the register mumbles and you can't understand him. I had to pick up medication from a work incident and he made it very difficult. They said it was ready after waiting for a long time and I walked up and then was told their system apparently went down and he mumbled that I couldn't get the meds bc of the system being down so I replied well when can I get it and he looked at me like I was stupid and said well not now... pretty sure that's not the response you should give a customer. I won't be dealing with this pharmacy anymore I'll be going somewhere else. So I recommend not even bothering with the pharmacy.”

“This Newtown Square Rite-Aid is much better than most people realize. They work with you to find what you may be looking for. Will help you in getting a rain-check, so you won't miss the sale price if something was not in stock. The store is very clean, well lit, items are beautifully displayed. When they have a clearance, items are placed in one section for your convenience. There are many bargains to be found here and through their generic brands. (The nearby competitor's generics are no bargains!) If there may be a discrepancy with the price, management will not quibble with you, they work with you. (The nearby competitor is always messing things up at the register and explaining what they cannot do and spitting rules in your face. ) It really is a pleasure to work with these Rite Aid people, as customers are honored.”
