“Such a small post office, but such big helpful, friendly and efficient customer service! I needed them to print me a duplicate receipt 24 hours after the drop off of a package. He stayed with the task until he found the receipt so I had the tracking number. Outstanding customer service. What you want in a neighborhood post office. Great and friendly place to do business!”

“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

662 Lancaster Avenue, Berwyn PA 19312
“Fast and friendly, no line and parking available right out front during lunch time. I have read reviews of other local post offices that were really negative, this visit was positive and next time I need to visit the post office while in the area I will definitely go here.”

“Kudos to the clerk working alone at the post office on West Valley Road this afternoon, Monday, March 30. She treated each customer with courtesy despite the long lines. Why was she there alone especially when the manager was there and made no offer to help? This post office is always busy and needs at least 2 clerks.”

“They always provide great service. I went there recently and the gentleman who helped me was so helpful and personable-- makes going to the post office a pleasure instead of a hassle.”
-
789 East Lancaster Avenue Ste 40, Villanova PA 19085
“I’ve been using this post office since I moved here in 2017 and the folks that work here have ALWAYS been kind, patient and helpful. They are always willing to give me advice on how to best ship my items from my small business as well as help me better understand what works best for them. They’ve even gone so far as helping me make sure all my passport docs were in order without an apt (there wasn’t a line of people behind me) of which I really appreciated because that whole process was very confusing. Thanks so much yall!”
-
43 Paoli Plaza, Paoli PA 19301
“I love this location, it’s fast and efficient, if there is a small line it always moves along quickly. In particular there is one worker who is outstanding, always super friendly and helpful. I’m always confident in the handling of my items when I see them working. Above and beyond honestly, they bring a quality level of customer service that frankly you just usually don’t ever see from a usps location or employee. Top notch.”

-
3200 Ridge Pike Ste 300, Norristown PA 19403
“Just want to say the employee working on Friday afternoon (May 15th 2026) did a great job. She was dealing with multiple people at once and stayed relaxed and pleasant dealing with things. She also pointed out an error I made addressing my envelope simply because she knew the actual buisness address from memory. She could have just mailed it out or got impatient from the mistake. Multiple times I saw opportunities for her to get annoyed or miserable from customers but didn’t, I appreciate the good work ethic.”

I spoke with Frank, Administrative Supervisor and he was very helpful and had the problem solved with in 24 hours. “This post office has excellent customer service. I used to have a PO Box here over 2 years ago, and somebody recently shipped me a package. I called and spoke to a woman named Judy, and she offered to forward the package to me in my new location. Recently, when dealing with the USPS, I've been disappointed at the red tape I've encountered. This office made it easy for me, and cured my anxieties.”

52 West Third Avenue, Collegeville PA 19426
“Lived in the area 15-20 years and never had an issue until recently. They put the wrong postage on a soil sample to PSU and it came back RTS. They treated it as first class but should have been parcel. I had no receipt but they made good and I paid only the difference and were apologetic. Does it get crowded, yes. But they all do.”
