“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

I went to this post office and the gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me through my options. The costs were a fraction of those I had been quoted by UPS. I'll be coming back to this post office for future shipping needs.”
“I echo Tom Schaeffer’s thoughts: Very nice people and great customer service. To the knuckle dragger complaining about their "tax dollars at work". The USPS is self sufficient, their revenue is generated from postal fees. They have survived despite congress forcing them to fund 75 years of future pension payments, unheard of in the private sector. It's a national treasure that should be supported with our tax dollars if need be. Both UPS and FedEx have lost my packages in the past and I would love to see either of them deliver a standard envelope across the country, to a rural address, for 51 cents. The lowest rate they have is for a business envelope at $8.90.”
“I’ve been using this post office since I moved here in 2017 and the folks that work here have ALWAYS been kind, patient and helpful. They are always willing to give me advice on how to best ship my items from my small business as well as help me better understand what works best for them. They’ve even gone so far as helping me make sure all my passport docs were in order without an apt (there wasn’t a line of people behind me) of which I really appreciated because that whole process was very confusing. I’m always confident in the handling of my items when I see them working. “Just want to say the employee working on Friday afternoon (May 15th 2026) did a great job. She was dealing with multiple people at once and stayed relaxed and pleasant dealing with things. She also pointed out an error I made addressing my envelope simply because she knew the actual buisness address from memory. She could have just mailed it out or got impatient from the mistake. Multiple times I saw opportunities for her to get annoyed or miserable from customers but didn’t, I appreciate the good work ethic.”

The lady who works at that location is incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive; she helps you promptly and professionally. She works the afternoon shift. Anyone is welcome to visit that post office—there is absolutely no discrimination or racism. She genuinely strives to assist you. I am absolutely delighted to have visited this place because I experienced such excellent service. I highly recommend it!”
“Great local post don't know why Google said the hours wrong and also said temporarily closed but I'm glad their not. They are open and thank goodness because they ship my stuff super quickly to my customers. Yes they leave for lunch but honestly they are people to like have some respect you have to work your schedule around them we are lucky we have public services like the post office.”
