“this shoppe has been such a fortunate find for me. tracy and will are nothing less than excellent, the amount of work will did on my car in the span of 24 hours is staggering let alone to the high standard the result was. he replaced both rear wheel bearings one of which welded itself to the backing plate from my neglect, replaced all the ball joints, fixed my front axle from cracking in half, replaced my rear taillight cover that was half attached and shattered, aligned my wheels from the extensive mechanical work he had to do in all of my wheel wells to varying degrees, state emissions inspection and at least three other repairs i can’t recall exactly because of all of the already mentioned repairs. after getting the keys back will wanted to make sure i bring it back in the next couple weeks for him to check on the alignment, since the extensive repairs he had to do he wants to make sure it’s all sitting well after i put some miles on it. he takes pride in his work and absolutely should. he’s a real one. they are good people fundamentally and they comprise a very fair priced, honest, and high quality auto shop. i plan continue to call them for any and all repairs as i have done for the years ive been in pittsburgh.”

“I have been coming here for years and am never disappointed. I asked for a quote a couple weeks ago but when I called today, those tires were out of stock so they gave me another quote which was nearly $50 more. When I mentioned the first quote they gave me a discount to nearly match the first amount. When I arrived one of the guys, a tall young man, wish I had gotten his name, suggested I had enough tread on my tires for a few more months at least. Never have had anyone try to delay a sale. I was so impressed with his honesty. Always great service and deals. Won't go anywhere else.”

“I’ve been a customer of Flynn’s Tire on Babcock since 2019, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. I always feel well taken care of and, most importantly, that I’m being treated fairly and honestly. They have a great group of employees at the Babcock location who are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s nice to have a place you can trust with your vehicles. Highly recommend!”

“You will never find a more honest and fair business in pgh. Gary and Paul were known for their honesty which is rare these days. They will be sorely missed. I know retirement was inevitable but its just one of those businesses that can never be replaced. It was more than a brick and mortar business. I wish the best to Gary and Paul. Enjoy your retirement. You earned it !!!”

“Another excellent service trip to Calabro! Jason helped my daughter identify her tire needs on Friday, immediately ordered the special high performance tires, called her on Saturday to let her know the tires were delivered, and installed them Monday morning. Outstanding service at a fair price. All members of our family have used Calabro for our tire and auto inspection and general maintenance needs. Every experience has been outstanding. Highly recommend Calabro! Thank you Jason and team!”

“I was up from North Carolina with my grandson and we hit a big pot hole, normal day in Pittsburgh :-), and had a vibration in my tire. I'm going back on Saturday and they were awesome and fit us in to make sure everything was safe. I ended up having a bent rim, it was a doozy! They were able to fix it in about an hour and a half and made sure that I was safe and the tire was balanced and ready to go for the trip back home. Can't say enough good things! Reasonably priced, very professional and courteous service and definitely felt like I was taking care of.”

“Was on my way to an important event that I was leading, and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. While getting gas, noticed a nail in my tire. Swung by Mr Tire for help and explained the urgency of getting it repaired quickly. The manager was wonderful, even called his mechanic to see if he could arrive sooner, as only one mechanic was working. He did arrive about 10 minutes early for his shift. He was able to patch my tire and after an hour, I was on my way. I watched the mechanic and he gathered various tools from different locations, and also paused several times to get on his iPad. I don’t know the process and protocols, but I have to say that it appeared very inefficient. I have had tire patches before and it took other shops less than 10 minutes to get the job done. I’m grateful for the service of these two, but I think management should reevaluate a few things to create greater efficiency which would lead to greater customer satisfaction, more customers being served, and repeat business.”

“I've taken my car there for 7 years now. He is honest, friendly, and dependable. The type of mechanic that won't sell you something you don't need. Instead, tell you the problem, his price, and what it may take to do on your own if you choose to. Other places will find no issues but call with 5 things that could hypothetically happen some day and beg you to let them do it. I don't take my car anywhere else now.”
