After going in person and speaking with several staff members I want to make it known that the call center they are using are the rude ones. In person the branch was very quick to help and resolved my issue quickly so I was able to access my account.
I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and I am RUNNING away. Their customer service is horrendous. They updated their online banking and mobile app and even admitted to a lot of issues but they refuse to help me access my account unless I show up at their office THAT IS ONLY OPEN DURING EVERYONE ELSE'S WORKING HOURS.”

“We visited this branch recently and had a very positive experience. We had to drive up from Maryland to handle estate matters. We worked with both Adrian Pizano and Paul Hussain. They could not have been. kinder or more professional. We also found the branch to be completely remodeled and very clean. I wanted to update the reviews section as the much older entrees had given me cause for concern before we drove up.”

“Had my debit card stolen and I had ordered a new one over the phone on a Monday. On Friday I went through the drive through and asked if there was anyway to track it because I was tired of coming to the back to withdraw cash. Jaquan processed my withdraw request and he came back and informed me that I could have a new car printed there at the branch. I had no idea.. he then went above and beyond and with out asking sent me a new debit card through the canister. Made my weekend being able to have my debit card for the weekend! Thanks Jaquan”
“This is the best WSFS branch for service. I live in Delaware and use those locations which are slow and mediocore at best. The Kennett Square branch manger, Gail, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at this branch are the epitome of true customer service. Five Stars for sure!”

The gentleman who greeted me was awesome and the young woman behind the counter was very warm and friendly. I imagine that the people writing bad reviews are probably but holes in the first place and have serious attitude problems which they project onto others because they have no class, grace and respect…. for themselves and especially others.
