Xfinity Mobile could learn a thing or two about customer service. Additionally Tetiana was so sweet and kind throughout my ordeal and she was proactively assertive when a hiccup occurred in an account I was trying to close.”
“My wife and I needed to establish an account and were hoping to get a high yield one. But it had to be done online to get the interest rate. We went to this bank and met Amina Syed and she helped us get one. She was knowledgeable, patent, and knew all of the in's and out's of setting up an account online. We being retired, up in age, did not know all of the in's and out's to set it up. She did a fantastic job. We went home and thought it was all set up. But Fulton had to verify us and set the account. Today it was not done and we called Amina and she fixed it and we came in to make a deposit. She helped every step of the way! Fulton bank is new to us and we might have gone to another bank if it were not for Amina.”
