Goodwill Store & Donation Center offers a large space with a variety of items, though customers have mixed feelings about the selection and pricing. Many shoppers appreciate the store's size and the availability of decent plates and glasses, but express disappointment over the rising prices, noting that some items are cheaper new at other stores. The store's former outlet center has changed to a regular rack setup, leaving some customers longing for the old experience. The condition of items has also raised concerns, with reports of broken items and poor presentation, especially among the books, which were found scattered and poorly organized. Customers have mentioned the lack of staff during busy times, leading to long waits at the checkout and a need for better management. Additionally, the absence of the clearance bin section has left some shoppers feeling let down. Overall, while the store has potential, improvements in staff availability and item organization could enhance the shopping experience.
I always have a good experience here!! It gets very crowded though. Staff is friendly!

Not as well organized as before covid. Miss the older women who seem to really enjoy working there.

This is a great goodwill!! Like all thrift stores it’s hit or miss. It’s way better than any location in Delaware (except maybe the bins but that’s a whole different monster).
