“Can’t say enough great things about Barton’s. Had someone hit my car while it was parked (I wasn’t in the car). Because I live in the city and the likelihood of getting hit again isn’t uncommon, I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to spend on the fix.
Katie is extremely knowledgeable about insurance (not to mention an all-around great human) and she laid out all of my options for me. I opted for the simplest fix possible, and the team delivered. No attempt to upcharge me, and even returned parts they didn’t need, which saved me money. The end result is great and exactly what I asked for.

“I stopped in to get my front engine cover put back on after it got knocked off and was hanging by one bolt. The repairman Eric took it completely off for me for free, before I scheduled an appointment for four days later. The re-installment was quick and easy and took about a half an hour. I have no complaints and would definitely come back should I need service in the future.
Update: The day after the service was performed, I was getting error popups on my dash saying the cruise control, lane keep assist, and collision mitigation breaking system were all not working. I do not use these features hardly at all anyway, but I called them to ask if they were familiar with what may have happened, telling them that I found it is related to the front sensor. I took it in that same day, Eric found a piece that was blocking the sensor, pushed it down, and told me to drive it about fifty miles and see if the error messages go away, and sure enough they did. This blockage likely happened when the car took the hit initially. I was not charged for this visit. Thanks again for your awesome service!”

The day my vehicle was hit and the insurance claim was submitted to take it to Ciocca Collision of York, they called me within the hour to send out there tow truck to pick up the vehicle.
Through out the repair process (roughly a month) they kept me fully informed. Call and texted me with updates and important information. They had a couple of hiccups with the parts they received (not there fault) but they made absolutely sure that the parts they received were of 100% quality and damage free.
The service manager reached out to let me know of a couple options they could go with the repair. They warned me that it would probably not be 100% matched correctly since some pieces on the car that weren't being replaced were previously damaged or just impossible to blend which I accepted and understood clearly.
They did say it wouldn't look perfect from closer than 10 feet
However, they lied. They absolutely nailed it.
Even with a trained eye it is extremely difficult to detect that the door of my car was replaced. I will 100% be taking any future vehicles for repair to Ciocca Collision of York.
Even the staff that spoke to me at the desk to get me my car back were extremely kind and helpful.”

“Best rates on State Inspection in Elizabethtown. Known for over a decade. Mom and Pop shop with exemplary customer service, trustworthy rates, and wont charge you for a bunch of little things. Knowledgeable and capable staff. There are only 3 good shops in Etown. Keener Tire for alignment, Etown Autoworks for general fix up, and Sherman's for State Inspection.
Out of all of them Sherman's is the only one that isn't constantly booked out.
They will go above and beyond to help you no matter how desperate your situation.

“These People are Amazing at Advanced!!! My Son was on his way to work when his Radiator Hose snapped! Anti-freeze was everywhere!!!! We run to Advanced Auto and unfortunately they were out of the Upper Radiator Hose Assembly! Then while at advanced a State trooper called stating they were going to have to tow the car because of where it was by the light on Hershey rd. My son replied we’re on our way back soon and the state trooper said I’ll give you till night time! My son thanked him…. However the guys at the counter at advanced were the “Real Blessing” and they helped us think of a way to use the same hose To reconnect everything and get it home!!! Y’all are some real good people!
