“Fantastic! I was in a fender bender. Both my front and back bumper took a hit. Roger went over what my insurance company estimated, ordered the parts before scheduling my appointment. He estimated the fix to take 2 days, but it was a little less than that! He was a super nice guy & worked with me on the days I could drop off/pick up my car. My car looks wonderful!!!”
“Best rates on State Inspection in Elizabethtown. Known for over a decade. Mom and Pop shop with exemplary customer service, trustworthy rates, and wont charge you for a bunch of little things. Knowledgeable and capable staff. There are only 3 good shops in Etown. Keener Tire for alignment, Etown Autoworks for general fix up, and Sherman's for State Inspection.
Out of all of them Sherman's is the only one that isn't constantly booked out.
They will go above and beyond to help you no matter how desperate your situation.
Wayne and his wife are awesome people.”
“Only place that had what I needed (cigarettes lighter replacement for my car) and staff was helpful! Will go here instead of advanced. They’re better stocked.”
“These People are Amazing at Advanced!!! My Son was on his way to work when his Radiator Hose snapped! Anti-freeze was everywhere!!!! We run to Advanced Auto and unfortunately they were out of the Upper Radiator Hose Assembly! Then while at advanced a State trooper called stating they were going to have to tow the car because of where it was by the light on Hershey rd. My son replied we’re on our way back soon and the state trooper said I’ll give you till night time! My son thanked him…. However the guys at the counter at advanced were the “Real Blessing” and they helped us think of a way to use the same hose To reconnect everything and get it home!!! Y’all are some real good people! And we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”
“Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Chevy service team. They did a wonderful job of getting my Traverse inspected, repairs completed, and back to me just in time for the Labor Day Weekend. Thank you again.”

“I am from out of town (Baltimore, MD), and I have never experienced such kindness, hospitality, and customer service. An Employee named Dylan really went above and beyond to help me make it back to Maryland on a Sunday evening so that I could make it to work on time and not get fired. An absolute Godsend and amazing human being. I can't say enough about him without making it look manufactured, so I will stop here. Best AutoZone I've ever been to, and I am a mobile mechanic.”
