“This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.”

“This site provides full UPS courier services. It is located inside Staples - turn right to get to the UPS counter after entering the store. The sign outside (see photo) states "Ship 7 Days a Week", and the UPS is indeed open all days, including Saturday and Sunday (but not 24 hours, and not all services available on weekends).The UPS staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their services and products.The carpark (shared with other stores like Quest Diagnostics and a new Aldi) is large with ample free packing.”

“I drive out of my way to use this fed ex store. As a company, specifically in regards to deliveries, I would rate fed ex at one star but this location is definitely five star worthy. I have only used their shipping services but they are helpful with securing, taping, printing, etc. if you call in advance they can provide an email address to send the label you need printed to save time.”
“Envelopes of all sizes. Packages as standard rates or priority with insurance available and also tracking. Most reliable shipping services across the country. I always trust them with my mail. You can get your passport application here and also get your picture taken for it and they will help guide you through the entire process.”
“Customer Service at the Lower Burrell Staples location is exceptional. The Customer Service Specialists are personable, quick to provide guidance and assistance with product selection. There is little to no wait during the checkout process. The store is well organized, clean and well lit.”
“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online).They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure.The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order.There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos).The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”

“This is the best PO in the area! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been to numerous other Post Offices in PA and never had the pleasant experience I've always enjoyed at the Gibsonia branch. The employees are obviously led by a great postmaster.”
“Brought a few coworkers here for marketing. The thing I didn’t like was being billed for a rush order but another customer was squeezed in. The employee was helpful, glad we got her and not the other employees. It’s hit or miss here. It’s here or Staples and we happened to be closer to this location.”
“The new ownership group is a complete 180 from the prior owners. For years I used to avoid this UPS and purposely drive further to Wexford where service was great (and still is). Guess what?! Both stores are now owned by the same group, and the McCandless customer service and overall service is on par with Wexford. It's been a few months but I can happily say that I don't mind this UPS any longer. Between both locations I'm a daily visitor. Keep up the good work!”

“This is a regular-size USPS with full services. The free car park in front has about two dozen spaces. There are interesting stone guardian statues of stylistic mail eagles set flanking the top of the stairs leading to the front entrance (see photos ). There is also a long ramp for wheelchair access at the side. The postmaster was very friendly and helpful.”
