This was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. The employee helped me print from the kiosk when my phone wouldn't allow a USB transfer of my shipping label. They didn't charge me either.

Nathan Drum is very kind any helpful. He has helped me on multiple occasions getting things printed quickly and with great quality.

The women who helped me when I came in earlier today were amazing! I had multiple items to package and ship, and they were great about giving me advice, finding out what I needed, etc. Great customer service!
