I had a big vision for altering my wedding dress and its accessories and Bianca was absolutely amazing and completely created dress of my dreams. She separated sleeves from a jacket, added bow details, shortened my hem. Even after months of looking for the perfect veil, she sewed a veil for me with just weeks left until my wedding. I had the best experience working with her and am so thankful for her work that really contributed to making my wedding so amazing!”

“This is one of Philadelphia's best kept secret for unique, avant-garde luxury clothing. This shop needs to open in NYC or Tokyo. My mom and I arrived and a stylist greeted us at the door and offered drinks. Lots of black and white clothing, everything had design details that was unique, special and beautiful. My favorites were the hand painted dresses, oversized white shirt with patchwork details, a silk skirt that had holograms on it, a convertible jacket that changed depending on the straps I pulled on, and a beautiful leather bag. The SERVICE was 100%! When I tried a dress that needed an adjustment in the bust, one of the designers (WHAT!!!!) came down from their studio to help me and they adjusted it and delivered it to me in 2 days! As a size 10-12, I find shopping for high design clothing hard since most of the luxury brands don't offer items in my size. But here, I found great items that made me feel confident and beautiful. Most of all, I love that they had stylists in the shop to help suggest items to me. Thank you for a great shopping day! See you soon for Fall and Winter shopping!”

She hemmed the bottom, brought in the sides, and tightened the top. I highly recommend this spot, and she completed the job in 2 days! So glad I went to Dia, and I will bring my alterations in the future there.”

“If you want something unique Duo shoes is the right place. But be warned it's not cheap! Although some items can be found on the internet at a slightly lower price shopping here may be worth the few extra bucks. Why? The service and instant gratification. The two associates in the store were helpful and offered great assistance. They listen to you to help understand your needs and lead in the right direction. My figure, size and need were all considered when suggestions were made. Of the 4 things I tried on I purchased 2 plus a bag that can be used as a belt or cross body bag. If it's obtainable but you need time, they have 'THE LAYAWAY'...LOL Would I return? Yes”

“GO TO DONNA! First off, need to say that I did not purchase a bag from this boutique at this time, but the level of service I received from Donna was astonishing. I was hunting for a bag for my mom that was a seasonal piece and not available in most stores around us. I called the Chanel in Bala Cynwyd and Donna picked up and told me she would text me and keep me posted - and that she did! I can't explain to you how many SA's I've talked to that never follow-up after you give them your number, so it was shocking to me that she actually ended up texting me a few weeks later to say that the bag we were looking for was back in stock. I had ended up finding it in another store out of state before then, so I didn't need this one this time, but the fact that Donna actually followed up and promptly responded to all my texts means she has earned a loyal customer from now on - I'll be going to her for the rest of my Chanel purchases!”
