Screen lifting wasn’t an issue, which I thought would make them deny the phone. Also instead of getting the Pro, I got the Pro Max and the watch I wanted. Price wasn’t too bad, yes I may have spent more than I would have liked but I also got way more than I originally came for. I recently visited the Verizon store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kenyatta. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Kenyatta took the time to listen carefully to my needs and explained all my options clearly without any pressure. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the plans, promotions, and technical details, which made my decision-making process so much easier. Her patience and friendly demeanor turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and positive experience.
Thanks to Kenyatta’s expertise and excellent customer service, I was able to resolve my issue quickly and even upgraded my plan with full confidence. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly before I left.

My iPhone 15 Pro was completely bricked (grayed-out Wi-Fi and stuck on an endless loading screen). Every shop I called in South Philly told me it was a dead motherboard and not worth repairing. They told me to go to this spot in Upper Darby instead.
I dropped it off, and they had it fixed in just one day. It turned out to be a deep iOS software issue, and they only charged me $20! Incredible honesty and amazing service. Don't waste your time anywhere else—go here first!”

But I decided to give another location a shot , and I’m genuinely glad I did.
This visit was the total opposite, and it was because of Lamia Kamal and Nick Polk.
They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they actually cared about solving the issue the right way. They took the time to listen, explain my options clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly before I left the store.
