Bought phones here four years ago with my wife and had great service. Returned today since we were getting new ones and had great service again. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Keep up the good work.

I didn’t expect merciful and compassionate customer service at the Verizon store but that was EXACTLY what I got today. Was panicking about an issue that turned out to have a simple fix and they handled it like surgeons. Will never go to another Verizon as long as I live in Philly!
