Been coming here since 2020 and Mark is the only person who’s consistently nice Jamie and Monica are borderline rude depending on how their day is going it seems and I’m tired of dealing with that so I will not be returning to this location.

Mark was very diligent in helping me to figure out if I had vision insurance. When figuring out that I didn't, he still was able to find me a 50% discount for my eye exam. It wasn't even about the money being taken off of my service but his dedication in trying to help me. Everyone was very professional and polite, including the doctor himself. Great staff.

I had a great experience here, I walked in and was able to be seen same day for my exam! The eye doctor was great and adjusted my prescription better than anyone before! My glasses came within a week and the pickup was quick and easy! Thank you so much for the great service!

I’ve been bringing my son here for the past 4 years and I’m always treated well! Monica, the young man( forgive me idk his name) and there is another woman who wears glasses (I’m sorry idk her name either) my point is I’ve have only received amazing service from especially form these 3 ppl. My son has special needs and sometimes needs a little more patience and attention they always take their time and make him feel good about his choices. I’m grateful thank you all so much!

I have had one pair of glasses made here. I tried to do another but they wouldn't do it, telling me the prescription was over 2 years old, when it very clearly wasn't (Oct 2022 is 16 months ago). When I pointed it out, the saleswoman told me the limit was actually 1 year and compared it to a pharmacy filling an old prescription, which seemed a little dramatic. I know it's 2 years in Pennsylvania, so I'm a bit disappointed.

In the past this place was great. I’ve been coming here since I was 15. I went back hoping for the same experience. Bad customer service, nasty tones and long wait times. I asked for a certain pair of glasses and instead they ordered my old pair.

I recently visited Visionworks for an eye exam, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an unfriendly receptionist who seemed disinterested in assisting me. The wait time was excessive, and when I finally saw the optometrist, they seemed rushed and inattentive.Additionally, the staff was unhelpful when I had questions about my insurance coverage, and I felt as though they were more focused on upselling me on products than addressing my concerns. Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy made for a frustrating visit.I hope that Visionworks takes steps to improve their customer service in the future, as a visit to the eye doctor should be a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.
