“6 x 12 trailer needs a jack. couldn't lift the tongue if loaded so it sat empty for two days until I was sure I could leave it connected to the tow vehicle. I needed the vehicle for a couple of last minute errands so I delayed loading.
Rental location and staff get 11 out of 10.”
