“Called ahead of time for specific item, to make sure he had it. Also gave him the model number. Said he had it and would save it for me. When i got there, he had it upfront already. Paid the man and went on my way. When i got home, found out he gave me the wrong item. Had to drive back a 5 miles to exchange it for the correct item which they did. My mistake was trusting the salesman and not checking the item myself. Apparently he needs to educate himself on his products.so customers don't have to go back and return wrong items.
Wasted time and gas money.”
“I've only visited this store twice, but the people there made quite an impression. Both visits were to pickup paint that I had ordered over the phone. On my second visit, he asked how the projects were going and knew exactly who I was. That's customer service that you don't see often. Kudos to Millers!”
