“My horse recently had a severe laceration injury and Dr. Megan Eick has been giving him wonderful care. Last year my pony had laminitis and she gave him tremendous care as well. Dr. Eick is kind, knowledgeable and a stellar vet as well as a proficient one. She communicates everything that needs to be done and what the next steps are. She is very caring and it shows that this is her calling in life! I trust Cross River Veterinary Service to provide the best, topnotch care for my horse and pony. Very relieved to have such a wonderful and reliable equine veterinary service.”

“Great experience took my puppy in no appointment. been going there for years. Had dental surgery. Had to take the puppy back. I Couldn't get bandage off. They took it off no problem. skin was irritated They treated him. Within 15 minutes. They didn't charge appointment fee. Which was really nice and appreciated as well. Thank you for all your hard work and making sure my puppy is great”

“I was using another vet Dr. Miller in pocono pines .the vet just shut down, no notice to his customers. Found this vet.mt bethel animal hospital. What a difference more professional than Dr. Miller's ever was.the office staff and the vet very courtesy and much more knowledgeable. My dog did not even know the technician gave her her shots. My dog was wagging her tail on the way out not scared at all.we will be back.”

“At first I did not have the best experience here. Things were unorganized and communication was not great. However the owner James had heard me and has made me and my daughter a priority when it comes to my daughter’s medicine. He rectified the situation and continues to keep his word that we would not have to worry anymore in regards to having her medicine on time and if there was anything that could delay it he will notify me prior to make sure we can find another alternative. I respect him and his business and am happy I stood with them. Communication and understanding is key and they do work very hard to rectify any situation that makes customers feel they are not getting that. That speaks.”
“We brought our little Chihuahua in because she wasn’t feeling well. We saw a Dr Marks he was wonderful very thorough. Caring . He prescribed medication for Ella. She is feeling much better. I highly recommend this practice and I highly recommend Dr. Marks.”
