I then reached out to my friend and Erie Agent Ilene Radle and she immediately checked if I had Roadside Assistance on my plan and then told me how to contact them. I am so grateful for her immediate assistance since it is a Saturday and AAA said they couldn't get a tow truck here until tomorrow at the earliest. The towing company is on their way so I am hoping they can help.”
