But as soon as I walk in the door I am greeted by name as well as when I go to pick up my prescriptions I don't even have to say my name they already know who I am and what I'm there for. They're customer service overall is great I've only ever had one or two bad experiences but you have to consider the fact that I've been coming here for over 10 years.”

“I'm not a fan of this giant, its not my closest one and solely due to the fact of how crowded it gets so I avoid it. However if I'm in the area and it's weekday, during the day, it's a peaceful shopping experience. I find they have more things in stock than other giants.”

“The people at this CVS are so friendly and helpful! That includes the pharmacists too. I had a concern with a change in the manufacturer of a medication I take. The pharmacist took extra steps to track down the information and get the original scrip filled for me. She took time to talk with me about it first without making me feel rushed. They are the best there!”

“Locally I use the Sam’s Club Pharmacy in Allentown Pa. The staff especially John is the best I have ever done business with. My prescription plan changed this year, but instead of going to Walgreens where I would get several of my prescriptions for free, I prefer going to Sam’s for a small extra charge because I feel I get better service and honest, knowledgeable answers to my questions.”
