“So here’s what happened. I paid for Prime parking at the Pilot in Bentleyville PA from Friday through today (Monday) the parking expires at 15:00. At 14:00 I received a call from my dispatcher letting me know that the manager at the Pilot just had my trailer towed and gave me the contact info for Jason with Complete Service.
Jason noticed the parking permit taped on the trailer and felt like something wasn’t right, but the manager was much less than professional and demanded he take the trailer. Understandable that he had to do his job.
You know what else he did? He did not charge me all the normal fees that would usually be charged for going to the trailer, hooking it and towing it. He charged me a very reasonable fee of $150 and left my trailer in a very easy spot for me to hook to it and pull it out. He was professional and really friendly.
Fellow truckers, if you need a tow or service, please consider Complete Service Center. I can say with confidence that you will be treated fairly and with professionalism and respect.”

“I had a flat tire not far from here. I was pulled over along side the road with out a spare. I seen this garage and was able to get my car there. You can see they were busy working on another car but they got me in right away. I had a tire in my trunk that was not on a rim. The price was fair and all three people I spoke to were very nice and helpful. Great experience!”

Had my jeep in the shop, before I went to pick it up, my wife got hit by an uninsured driver in our other car. Don, seen the damage, seen the bill for the jeep and told us to pay as we could. He's a business man and could of just said tough, I need my money, truly a great man and company.”

Got my better halfs in the shop as im writing this review n I have no doubt everything we asked to get done will be done with care n top quality.

If you're looking for a big, flashy service facility like a dealership has, then you should go to a dealership...because this ain't one of them, but that's ok, since the work gets done quickly and efficiently.”

“Obviously, no one ever wants to be in the position where their car gets wrecked however, I was just in that position after a minor fender bender mid December! Luckily “I know a guy” lol I’ve grown up with this guy, his dad and my dad and entire family have been friends for years and years! But I definitely know that even if I didn’t know him as well as I did, his body shop would be the one I picked anytime I needed one! They literally took care of everything and made the whole process such a breeze! My car, looks as good as new, maybe actually even a little cleaner lol! I cannot thank Joe's Body and Paint Shop LLC enough!”
