Auto Repair in Bentleyville, PA

“So here’s what happened. I paid for Prime parking at the Pilot in Bentleyville PA from Friday through today (Monday) the parking expires at 15:00. At 14:00 I received a call from my dispatcher letting me know that the manager at the Pilot just had my trailer towed and gave me the contact info for Jason with Complete Service.
Jason noticed the parking permit taped on the trailer and felt like something wasn’t right, but the manager was much less than professional and demanded he take the trailer. Understandable that he had to do his job.
You know what else he did? He did not charge me all the normal fees that would usually be charged for going to the trailer, hooking it and towing it. He charged me a very reasonable fee of $150 and left my trailer in a very easy spot for me to hook to it and pull it out. He was professional and really friendly.
Fellow truckers, if you need a tow or service, please consider Complete Service Center. I can say with confidence that you will be treated fairly and with professionalism and respect.”

“Never give 5 stars, but you won't find a better mechanic. He is fair and honest. Explains everything wrong with your vehicle and gives you options. Never left there feeling robbed.Update. Had my jeep in the shop, before I went to pick it up, my wife got hit by an uninsured driver in our other car. Don, seen the damage, seen the bill for the jeep and told us to pay as we could. He's a business man and could of just said tough, I need my money, truly a great man and company.”

“Family owned local shop , started going here about 6 years ago , I've always had great customer service ! I work with customers and nothing beats family owned business ! If your lucky enough to engage in conversation with the owner Tom , he is very knowledgeable about everything I've asked him about when it comes to vehicles . He spends the time to explain everything about all car parts , he knows where they come from , which ones are good , which ones are bad , then he will explain to you why certain brands are better than others . Trust me you won't get that from corporate business!
Always friendly , staff is always friendly , very flexible with your schedule. I will continue to do business and refer them to family and friends.
