The Cell Surgeon knows exactly what is going on and is so friendly to boot! I was quoted over $110 at apple and $90 at Asurion and had to deal with both of their non-human bureaucracies which was a pain in the you know what. This service engineer did not make me wait; he deduced my problem and replaced a battery all within 15 mins! And, it was all performed for about half of what the other were gonna charge me. Additionally, he helped a couple of other walk in customers at the same time! My iphone now works perfectly and I am glad I found this place on google maps. One hint tho, use the simple scheduling app on the website to make a time so you won't have to wait to get your problem solved. Big thanks Cell Surgeon! There are not many businesses around that have the old school 'I care about you' attitude!”
