“I have been with PNC for longer than I can remember. It just happened to be the closest bank to my job where i could cash my physical pay check. So that long ago. The only issues I've ever had were technical, for a while their Android app was really bad and i had an issue with multi factor authentication not working which i resolved myself. I have been at the Beaver branch for several years and have never had any issues with depositing money in any way. Their staff has always been friendly and I have never heard a smart remark made to me. They have never taken any money from me because i am responsible with my spending and don't make payments i can't afford. If you have the app there really is no excuse and they will send you alerts if your funds are running low based on scheduled deposits and payments. In fact they have alerted me of fraud and instantly reversed the fraudulent charges after a live person called me about them. If i was not happy i would have left a long time ago. I'm only knocking off the one star because when the app was first released it was really bad. That's not acceptable for a banking app and i am not your QA tester.”
