“A chip in the windshield can turn into a huge crack if not dealt with right away. This was my case. I had recently purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra in December, and the roads had been recently treated. I had only been on the road for about 2 miles and a rock gets kicked up hits my windshield in the bottom right. I couldn't see the chip at the time.
After getting the truck washed for the first time, to get the winter road treatment grime removed, is when I noticed the chip. I should have set something up with Safelite right then, but figured I'd have plenty of time.
While out replenishing groceries, I had left my windows rolled up on a hot day. When I came back out, I see this huge crack across my windshield... starting from that chip. Lesson Learned!
Using Safelite was very easy and convenient. I went online to the Safelite website, and they handled everything with my insurance claim. I paid my deductible & the extra glass treatment & wiper blades all in one payment.
The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough! He cleaned up the area when finished & I couldn't tell that he was even there. He deserves any pay increases that Safelite can offer!
All in all, for my first experience with Safelite, I was impressed & will be suggesting them to anyone in need of auto glass repair/replacement. The convenience of them coming to you is indeed worth the cost.”

“These guy's are top notch! I had collision damage to my driverside and was using my insurance due to a hit and run. Not only was the repairs exceptionally done, but the guy even came in when they were closed (saturdays) so that I was able to pick up my car before work allowing me to drop off the rental car so they couldn't charge me for more on my rental.
