“Insane customer service!! I’m completely speechless! I made 2 orders on their site. One Jellycat order for me and one for my friend. An employee at the shop reviewed the order & noticed one of the orders was going to someone else that wasn’t me. Can you believe they CALLED me to ask if I would like to add gift options?? They wrote out a little card from me to her and they’re wrapping it I am just so taken aback but the professionalism and truly just the way they have gone above & beyond!! You have gained a customer for life!! Thank you so much for making my friends first jellycats that much more special?”

“I am from Louisiana and went into the shop to find a sweatshirt for my wife. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I found the perfect fun gift to bring home. Will be going back to get some custom items made….felt very comfortable and welcome asking questions. Perfect small town hospitality.”
