“First of all Mr Glenn is extremely wonderful to work with and he is very knowledgeable about all of the products offered through Cricket. I have been in the store a few times with an issue regarding a discount on my phones and he has helped me the whole way through the process which is extremely rare to find someone like him who is willing to help you with an issue from start to finish. I added my mom onto my plan and that process was extremely simple, quick, and efficient all because we had a person who was willing to jump through extra hoops to help us. I could not say enough great things about Glenn and his service he has given to me and would recommend him to anyone who wants a good and reliable network.”

He was so nice and very helpful in getting me set up and helped me get a new set of ear buds too with the promotional they were having. Half off on it that was so cool got them for 50$! Very respectful person and definitely should get a raise ! He was also multi tasking by helping others that was walking in too. He really is a good salesman and has great people skills and you don't see to many people now a days actually appreciate their job. Thank you so much Joey and will be back there from now on! Definitely earned a customer for life !”

“-This visit to the location was a great experience, the sales rep Jayde did have to call for support from her manger, although was very helpful & efficient at her job nonetheless. Especially being a newer employee, I think she handled the sale exceptionally!-Had little trouble at first doing what I was trying to do the last time I visited this location, but Jayde was a great help getting me all taken care of the second time around. And I would recommend her to any customer looking for a pleasant experience while shopping at this location.”

“Usually coming in for an upgrade on my phone is an anxiety-inducing experience with a lot of unexpected fees and spending, but Rudy ensured the process went very smoothly for me. Not only was he able to get me some discounts on my bill, but he also was able to get me a new phone for free as well as give my daughter my old one, making the whole experience much less cost than expected. I really appreciated the fact that he went out of his way to find me the best deals possible, most wireless sellers just want to make as much money as they can off you but I didn't feel any pressure this time around. Michael was extremely patient, taking the time to search the best offers and explain them to my Aunt. He was knowledgeable, personable and a delight to work with. I highly recommend searching out Michael (he also speaks French!) to help with your cell service needs.”
“Josh fought through system issues for 3 consecutive days to help me switch from my old carrier. Service at this store is top notch and they were solid throughout my whole interaction. We must’ve ran this deal at least for 15 times over multiple days and he stayed calm and patient and we made it happen. 10/10”

They told me the phone breaks easily but I've accidentally dropped it multiple times and nada and I didn't even get a case”

The service was so good I got a charger block, invisible glass and a watch for my 8 year old. I would suggest this store to anyone. This is what a brick and mortar store is for….amazing customer service.”
