“I was a little nervous about not going directly to an apple store for my phone repairs, but I must now say, this place is that place to be for your phone! The Cell Surgeon knows exactly what is going on and is so friendly to boot! I was quoted over $110 at apple and $90 at Asurion and had to deal with both of their non-human bureaucracies which was a pain in the you know what. This service engineer did not make me wait; he deduced my problem and replaced a battery all within 15 mins! And, it was all performed for about half of what the other were gonna charge me. Additionally, he helped a couple of other walk in customers at the same time! My iphone now works perfectly and I am glad I found this place on google maps. One hint tho, use the simple scheduling app on the website to make a time so you won't have to wait to get your problem solved. Big thanks Cell Surgeon! There are not many businesses around that have the old school 'I care about you' attitude!”

“First of all Mr Glenn is extremely wonderful to work with and he is very knowledgeable about all of the products offered through Cricket. I have been in the store a few times with an issue regarding a discount on my phones and he has helped me the whole way through the process which is extremely rare to find someone like him who is willing to help you with an issue from start to finish. I added my mom onto my plan and that process was extremely simple, quick, and efficient all because we had a person who was willing to jump through extra hoops to help us. I could not say enough great things about Glenn and his service he has given to me and would recommend him to anyone who wants a good and reliable network.”

“Went in on my birthday to get a new phone. Joey the salesman helped me get my brand new zfold 5! And I love it !! He was so nice and very helpful in getting me set up and helped me get a new set of ear buds too with the promotional they were having. Half off on it that was so cool got them for 50$! Very respectful person and definitely should get a raise ! He was also multi tasking by helping others that was walking in too.
