“These guys are awesome. I needed to replace the hoops on my snare, but needed them to fit with the larger hardware on my old European made drum. The name brand was ridiculously priced for just one of the hoops. I contacted three national chain stores and a famous drum shop and none of them could offer up an economical solution. Then I contacted Brighton Music and they had an old drum they were parting out. Low and behold the hoops fit. Sold it to me for dirt cheap. Can't say enough about them.”

“First of all Mr Glenn is extremely wonderful to work with and he is very knowledgeable about all of the products offered through Cricket. I have been in the store a few times with an issue regarding a discount on my phones and he has helped me the whole way through the process which is extremely rare to find someone like him who is willing to help you with an issue from start to finish. I added my mom onto my plan and that process was extremely simple, quick, and efficient all because we had a person who was willing to jump through extra hoops to help us. I could not say enough great things about Glenn and his service he has given to me and would recommend him to anyone who wants a good and reliable network.”

“Usually coming in for an upgrade on my phone is an anxiety-inducing experience with a lot of unexpected fees and spending, but Rudy ensured the process went very smoothly for me. Not only was he able to get me some discounts on my bill, but he also was able to get me a new phone for free as well as give my daughter my old one, making the whole experience much less cost than expected. I really appreciated the fact that he went out of his way to find me the best deals possible, most wireless sellers just want to make as much money as they can off you but I didn't feel any pressure this time around. “Trying to help an elderly Aunt purchase a new phone, we first went to Xfinity. It was absolutely horrible. Walking into T Mobile was the opposite experience. Michael was extremely patient, taking the time to search the best offers and explain them to my Aunt. He was knowledgeable, personable and a delight to work with.
