“Honest and fair. I’ve been going to different Protech auto group locations for all my car needs for years. I will continue to go there because of how honest the technicians are, which is a rare trait. A trait that I've seen in many Protech locations, so they must be owned by good people with a good morale compass. They are very reasonably priced and will never recommend a service that isn’t truly needed. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers, and seem like truly good people. He called and picked me up in his personal vehicle.. 300 bucks 250 under what the dealer wanted to charge. “Went in for am oil change. Had a marker light out. They crew trouble shot how to replace the bulb and completed the task in under 5 min. Total cost for bulb and installation was $5. Would have cost me a lot more in time and money.”
